Abstract
In accordance with Section 50 of the Energy Commission Act of 1997, (Act 541) of the Republic of Ghana, we submit the following to the Minister for Energy:
(i) Combined Annual Reports for the periods January to December, 2004 and
January to December, 2005; and
(ii) Audited Financial Statements for the years ending 31st December 2002 and
31st December, 2003.
