Abstract
This report is being submitted to the Minister for Energy in accordance with the requirements of Section 50 of the Energy Commission Act, 1997 (Act 541) and covers the period from January to December, 2006. It also includes the audited financial statements for the periods 1st January, 2004 to 31st December, 2004, 1st January 2005 to 31st December 2005 and 1st January, 2006 to 31st December, 2006.
